Used Poles
Used poles are released in “as is” condition and are not suitable for being climbed upon by persons or for use as structural building or support materials. Anyone receiving poles from the Cooperative shall be required to sign a release acknowledging the Cooperative makes no warranties as to the fitness of the poles for any particular use and further agreeing to hold the Cooperative harmless from any and all injuries to persons, including death, and for any and all damages to property, resulting from or caused by use of said poles.
Used poles from the pole yard shall be loaded on equipment capable of safely carrying the poles. The Cooperative, at its own discretion, may deny the receipt of used poles if such equipment is deemed unsafe. The Cooperative does not deliver used poles unless it is beneficial due to proximity to the jobsite or capacity availability in the pole bunker at the pole yard. Any poles delivered shall also be required to have a signed release.
Used Spools
Used spools may also be available for pickup.
