Air Evac is a service provided through AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response — the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. As an AMCN member, AirMedCare Network Providers will work on your behalf with your benefits provider to secure payment for your flight, with any uncovered amounts considered to be fully prepaid. As such, members who are transported by AirMedCare Network Providers will not receive a bill for the flight so they can focus on recovering as opposed to their finances. Importantly, your membership is valid in all of our service areas so you are covered while traveling in those areas. If they determine air medical transport is needed, and they dispatch one of our ambulance providers, your membership will provide financial coverage.
Membership covers your entire household – even students away at school. Members will receive a welcome packet complete with auto stickers and membership cards. Members have the peace of mind knowing that they there will be no out-of-pocket expenses for air medical transport, when flown by an AMCN provider.
Coles-Moultrie Electric Cooperative members have the opportunity to become an AMCN member by paying a $5 per month charge on their electric bill. To sign up, fill out the form below and submit it to our office.
